La parte posterior de tu cabeza en el espejo caigo desplomada cuando doblas las rodillas cuando nos encontramos no te puedo levantar se acabó el tiempo en el que alborotabas mi cabello yo corto y corto cortes definidos hago estando consciente medias lunas de cabello negro entre nuestros pies y giro la silla The back of your head in the mirror I collapse in a heap when you bend your knees when we meet I can’t hold you up time is gone when you ruffled my hair I snip and snip clean cuts I make with my conscious mind crescents of black hair around our feet and I swivel the chair Corazón (envoltura) amarro mi corazón con fuerza lo envuelvo firme fuerte fue como te lo entregué cómo me preguntaste qué había en este extraño paquete primero con cautela y después en tus manos y sintiendo su calor y el débil latido adivinaste y desde entonces lo has arrastrado de la cuerda que con tanto cuidado até para protegerlo cómo te reíste capa tras capa lo desenredaste todo hasta que quedó abierto ante ti cómo sentiste repulsión al ver la pálida sangre carne vacía también yo retrocedí reconociendo apenas la masa a medio cicatrizar ante nosotros asqueado por las cicatrices no preguntaste en qué batalla fueron ganadas sino que huíste los de corazón débil (susurré) no heredarán y comencé otra vez a envolver. Heart (wrap) I strap my heart tightly bind it strong tough was how I presented it to you how you questioned me on what was in this strange parcel first tentatively and then it in your hands and feeling the warmth and faint beat you guessed and since have tugged at the string I so carefully bound in protection how you teased open layer after layer unravelled it all until it lay open before you how you were repulsed when you saw the pale blood drained flesh I too drew back hardly recognising the half healed mass before us disgusted by the scars you did not ask in what battle they were won but fled the faint hearted (I whispered to myself) won’t inherit and began again to bind. I am impatient to dive into bed with people who know where fingers and words are best put and where not I have stripped and walk out cold for anyone who understands my nakedness sees the spirit dress of silent threads and sees me dressed and warm I am a net of flies and wanting I could not bar the way to any cave in the dark I lick the moisture from your eyes we speak with the same tongue you and I what I do not wear you hold in your hands and everywhere that is not dry is wet and your searching tongue has only to look |
